You already got the head position match, and I tell you, that's not easy to do, so you're in a very good way, great job there. Here are some tuts by one of the best fakers I've ever seen:
Dunno if is already there but, what I do is changing the gray scales on each "Channel" (CTRL+3/4/5 on Photoshop CS5) and then just adjust the details with Selective Color, Hue/Saturation, etc.
