Looks like you’ve got the basics of faking sorted well enough. Your next step is just those finishing touches to colouring, lighting, blending in hair and those kind of things but all of that gets easier the more times you do it. Practise makes perfect as the saying goes so keep up the good work.

Hi thanks for the advice. But the thing is i try to match the photo of both the av star and the celebrity together in terms of lighting and camera angle, etc. But i just can't seem to get the colour to be perfect. Can u link me a tutorial on how to do those things that u have mention? I would really appreciate it and i hope to contribute better quality projects to the eyewanks community. Thanks!
Hopefully someone else might be able to point you to a tutorial but really I’m not sure how much use that would be to you as experience is the big thing you’re short of at the moment. This simply comes with practise of doing a lot of fakes but I look at that and what immediately stands out is the head is a little too bright and probably a little too blue as well. I’m guessing that if you had a play with those two things it would give you a better result. It’s just experience that tells me those things so the best thing for you really is to keep practising and building up your own experience. Trust me, you’re doing good so far and I’ve no doubt you’ll get a lot a better at this given a bit of time.
Personally I use Paintshop where most people use Photoshop so I can’t tell you any specific tools or sliders to play around with but just as a general tip, (for the way I do things) most fakes are a balancing act of brightness, contrast, colour and colour saturation. More often than not I need to adjust all four of those things to get something I’m happy with and there is a bit of trial and error that goes on during that process. Just have a play around with things and you’ll be teaching yourself something and building up your own experience.
Also most of the regular fakers here are a friendly bunch so feel fee to ask anything of any of us or send a pm and most people will be happy to help.
